Farzana is a mobile product-marketing entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience leveraging technology to promote great products that delight consumers and achieve real business results. She excels at making ideas a reality, from strategy to execution and building strong businesses.
She is the Founder of Gallop (acquired), a mobile technology company that uses behavioral data to intelligently target and optimize marketing and user acquisition efforts. Her breadth of experience includes; brand management at General Mills, digital strategy consulting at Razorfish and leading product marketing at numerous start-ups including BNOTIONS (acquired). She has a BA in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a Masters in Digital Marketing from New York University. She regularly speaks about data-driven mobile marketing.
Sheryl is a marketing instigator & modern media maven with over 18 years of experience. She has a proven record of building organizations and delivering digital experiences across diverse audiences, industries, and channels.
She is a Partner at Launch Consulting Group, a tech consulting & solutions firm that creates meaningful, measurable customer experiences. She started her career in mobile communications as a Captain in the Army and then translated those skills to the digital world. Her experience includes; brand management at Proctor & Gamble, Chief of Staff at Microsoft, and head of Mobile Experiences at both Point Reach and iconmobile USA. She has a BS in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MS in Information Systems Management from the University of Southern California. She is an Army veteran and strong advocate for hiring skilled military vets and changing the ratio of women leaders in STEAM fields. She is also the founder of the Seattle Women in Wireless Chapter and Mobile Mixers.
Chief Revenue Officer
Lara Mehanna is VP, Sales Strategy and Development at Viant, a Time Inc company. She took on this role to educate, inspire, and elevate the sales opportunities across all devices with sales team by story telling, setting strategy, and working closely with the CRO on investment opportunities. In the meantime, she has been advising while transitioning out of her roll as GM US, VP Sales & Business Development of SONATA, the first global mobile advertising platform focused on connecting online advertising to offline results. Previous to SONATA, she spent 2.5 years as General Manager of Mobile at DataXu where she was involved in building out omni-channel solutions and the Companyâ€™s mobile go-to-market strategy.
Prior to DataXu, Lara spent almost four years leading mobile market development for Jumptap (acquired by Millennial Media), helping to build the mobile ad network and managing network and publisher relationships. Lara started her career in search and digital marketing, running the global search product/business team at AOL.
Lara also started the local Women in Wireless chapter in the NYC tri-state area where she has successfully built an organization of volunteers that support, empower, and mentor women in the mobile and digital industry, created a giving back initiative to further assist women in need, and built a fundraising program that has enabled multiple events per year attended by many in the mobile and digital industry. From her work at WIW and her passion to helping others, she has now been tapped to be a Ford Warrior in Pink Model of Courage to support, inspire, and connect women with breast cancer in providing them more good days.
Ning is a digital transformation executive and a champion of innovation and business growth. Her current focus is creating meaningful products and services for women’s well-being by leveraging her deep expertise in user experience design and data driven business performance.
Ning is the Managing Principal of New Digital Collective. Past adventures include the SVP at at iQuanti, a data driven startup recognized by Inc.’s in 2013, 2014 and 2015, and managing business portfolios at digital agency leaders such as LBi and Razorfish. She has successfully advised top tier brands such as American Express, McKinsey, Comcast, Ford, Lincoln, Citi, TD Bank, BBVA, Nielsen, MasterCard, Coca-Cola, AT&T, and AOL.
At Women In Wireless, Ning leads the effort to encourage member engagement and showcase thought leadership from women executives and rising stars in the mobile and digital space. She enjoys very much the good company at Women In Wireless.

Tatjana Tem is Strategic Alliances Manager at Smaato Inc., the leading global mobile RTB Ad Exchange and SSP. At Smaato, she overseas all Strategic Alliances partnership
developments. Prior to moving into adtech/mobile advertising, Tatjana was an early founding partner of successful shopping app Yoints, where she led project management.
She received her Degree of Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Economics/Socio-Economics with an emphasis in Business Law at the University of Hamburg. During her studies, Tatjana was Chapter Administrator for Hamburg, Germany of the international Entrepreneurs’ Organization and worked closely with CEOs from a various multi-national businesses.Tatjana was born in Karaganda, Kazakhstan, and has lived in Hamburg, Germany, since 1995.

Dawn is the Director of Marketing & Brand Management at Peopleshare, a staffing company with 17 offices that are located in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. She is also on the Board of Directors for the Paoli Battlefield Preservation Fund and designs websites for Mobile Businesses Services, Inc.
Her career began as a graphic designer, but she quickly realized that she wanted to do more, so she enrolled full-time in graduate studies while working full-time, and earned MBA from Kutztown University, after which she made the transition into marketing leadership roles. She now has over 12 years of experience in digital marketing management, branding, website development, SEO, business development and social media.

Leah Andreini is the founder of Andreini Consulting and has over 10 years experience as a seasoned marketing and digital strategist with corporate roles at Procter and Gamble, L’Oreal USA, and LVMH. With a passion for the beauty space, Leah has worked extensively across a wide digital landscape including e-commerce, branded content, mobile app development, digital marketing, social media, and digital strategy. Having worked in New York for a decade, she thrives in fast paced environments, and has reached a fundamental understanding of beauty and luxury métiers. Leah now resides in San Francisco with her husband and son.
Executive Women’s Initiative
As Vice President of Sales at several organizations, Liz has secured significant revenue from enterprise and top tier clients through platform and advertising solutions. She has led mobile and digital sales for brands such as MillerCoors, Mondelez, and McDonald’s. Prior, Liz was Sales Director at AOL and ABC Radio Networks in Dallas, Texas.
A move from Dallas to New York City in 2012 brought Liz to Women in Wireless and the global leadership team as Co-Chair Fundraising.
Now, Liz co-leads the Executive Women’s Initiative for Women in Wireless, which creates programming and purpose for women at the top. Reagan Nunnally is Co-Founder & Chief Evangelist of UpSkill.
Two decades of media experience seeing traditional consumer brands evolve into the digital age as well as joining digital crusades to disrupt the status quo. She is currently Co-Founder and Chief Evangelist of UpSkill, a learning and development platform for the marketing industry to operationalize innovation. She also is advising start-ups. Previous posts include xAd, Inc, Google, Viacom and CBS.
Reagan has been able to help brands see themselves within the digital ecosystem, while helping the emerging technologies and media properties fully understand the Madison Avenue process, as a longtime advocate of advertising agencies.
Reagan holds a BS in Advertising Communications and a BA in Theater Arts from the University of Texas @ Austin. She is currently based in New York City.

Ngozi has an extensive background in both the mobile and media industries. Her tenure includes integrated and digital marketing, ad sales and promotions at Clear Channel Radio (now iHeartMedia) and Fox Cable Networks. With a marketing and digital media MBA from NYU, Ngozi got her start in mobile app monetization and distribution with marketing and partnership roles at several mobile tech startups. She has managed client strategy at ad tech firms, InMobi and Drawbridge, and now leads user acquisition at theater ticketing startup, TodayTix. She is currently the Co-Chair of the Global Talent & Partnerships committee for Women in Wireless.
